I wouldn't try to ride in it, no way. Where are you located? That will make a difference where it can be FedEXed in one day. And hey, if you're in MD/ SE PA, I can probably lend you something?

Try a local shoe repair place/cobbler.

In a pinch, a Western tack store/repair person can stitch leather back onto nylon. We had our local Western tack guy stitch new billets onto one of my old dressage saddles, and it was fine. You may want to check around, if there are any in your area.

If you can find an old-fashioned shoe repair place, they can probably do it. Dennis Brooks in Hillsborough could fix it, of course, if you can catch up with him--I think he's listed on NCDCTA. You could probably just take a day and take it to him. There are probably others, as well. Jackson's in Asheville, but that's probably further for you. I know there are a couple of saddle repair folks in Aiken (just trying to think if places that might be in range of a day's travel, but I'm not sure where you are). I bet if you took the time to take it there, most would do it right then, it's not a terribly involved fix. I watched someone replace the billets on an old Stubben Tristan of mine in about an hour--I had the short billets replaced w/ long ones.

The shoe shop in Raleigh on Hillsborough street can fix it, they replaced billets on one of my students saddles and did a great job, name of store is Man-Mur, doesnt your saddle have three billets however? most saddle do (except dressage saddles) so you can use the extra one if one of the others is damaged.
