Looking for a vet in central MA, worcester area

I have recently moved my horse and when I called my vet to tell them our new location I found out they don't come out to where we are now :eek:. I am leaving for a week long vacation in a week and now don't have a vet for my horse. Obviously this was very poor planning, but regardless, now I need to find a new vet.

Can anyone recommend a vet who services central MA near Worcester/Sturbridge?

Try Mass Equine in Uxbridge, or Dr. Kris Koss out of Millbury.

Mass equine is who I used to use and they don't come out as far as my new barn. I really liked them!

I use Aimee Eggleston out of Woodstock, CT and she comes out to Berlin, MA for me. Love her!! She was the best this summer when my horse was really bad after surgery.

The ambulatory service out of Grafton is no more.
I suppose the Woodstock folks might get up that way, but if I were the OP, I'd want someone closer.

You might want to double-check on the Tufts Ambulatory service, as I know they have some coverage now (one of the vets had a baby recently).

My roommate and many other clients at his barn used Dr. Koss and liked him a lot. Their barn was in North Grafton so I'm pretty sure you'd be covered.
