Smartpak tops not tearing off cleanly

Our last shipment of Smartpaks seems to have different paper or different glue or both. Anyone else having this problem? It's driving me crazy. I sent them an email just now.

Thanks. Didn't figure it was just me but you never know. I have not gotten a reply from Smartpak yet.

Try opening it backwards. It's like they put the pull strip on the wrong side, because opening it from the side without the name printed works like before. I thought about telling smartpak that it works to open them backwards (assumed lots of people would complain if they had the same problem I was having, very annoying and time consuming, but then thought maybe it was just a few orders)
