I think I want to get my oldest daughter a Beval Junior (a used one) and have been checking various used saddle websites to no avail. She needs a 15 inch. Anyone have luck finding one of these lovely saddles and if so, where did you find it? Any tips? I know the saddle needs to fit the pony and the child so I'll be sure to get the trainer's approval.

Thanks so much!

It also says their PJ Delgrange is out on trial, but when I went to the store on Saturday it was back in stock.

Call Beval when they open tomorrow morning...they haven't updated their web site in over a week.

They are DA BOMB and tough to come by. Sarah has one its a 13inch and you could not pry it from my cold dead hands. i got a GREAT deal on mine on ebay( just dumb luck) I have a 14 inch already promised to us from a good friends daughter who will not need it when we are ready for it( about 2 years I think) and if I stumble on a 15 I am grabbing that one too LOL!! Mine is in great condition and seems to be standing up to the pressure of traveling from barn to barn barn pretty well. I am a HUGE Beval fan.

I sent them an email-it looks lovely.

I can see why many prefer the Bevals to the Pessoas.

This place is GREAT. They are honest and they have a great trial program.

GOOD LUCK!!

This is a 16, but it might work. Ask your trainer??

16 will be too big-this kid is barely 80 lbs.

Thanks though. :)

Sorry to hijack, but I am trying to find a tad coffin pony saddle. (Which is even harder to find than the used Beval junior, have one of those). The tad coffin pony saddle is marked a 16 inch (although it actually measures a 15.5). If any sharp eyed COTH readers see one please let me know.

I found a 16" Tad on TackTrader when I was looking for a saddle. It's still listed as being available. I don't know the seller and there's no picture, but it sounds like it's in good shape. Here's the link to the ad in case you are interested : http://www.tacktrader.com/show_item.php?tack_id=316152&share_this=Y
