Can anyone recommend a Vet near Suffield CT; around Hartford and Springfield?

There aren't that many vets in central CT that do frozen regularly. Try Dr. Ron Emond - http://www.candlewoodequine.com. I only used them once, my only issue was that it took two weeks to get my first appointment - they were very busy, so you would want to call them as early as possible..

A friend of mine (a stallion owner and one who uses frozen quite a bit too) highly recommends Dr. Ann Schmidt. It's not a bad ride up 190 out of Suffield to 84 and then Massachusetts. Dudley wouldn't be very far. Closer than Dr. Emond, I think. Anyway, I plan to use Dr. Schmidt in the spring and I live in nearby Ashford, CT.

Dr. Schmidt in Dudley, MA is one of the BEST repro vets that I have had the honor of having work on my mares. She has been one of the only reasons my oldies with poor biopsy scores and other issues conceived and maintained their pregnancies... She is fantastic!
