We are buying our trainer a trailer videocamera for Christmas and having it installed while they are away (with his wife's approval!). It is a 6H head to head. My question is - do you install the cameras (2 of them) in the center area facing each set of 3 horses, or at the butts of each set? Salesman said he's seen it both ways. I do have a call in to him to ask his hypothetical preference, thought you all might have some advice too.

Thanks!

Mine are installed in the center area and pointing toward the heads of the horses. It lets me see if they're bothering each other, and also allows me to see their "expression" so I can make sure they look content and not distressed.

Are they right smack in the middle or off to the side where wall meets the roof? Sorry to be so specific, I'm having them installed today. Thanks.

Each one is slightly off-center.
