Hi! I'm new to the COTH forums. Nice to meet you all! :)

There is an organization in my state (lower northeast, large metro area) who is looking for a stable manager. They have a H/J show barn (although not big-circuit dedicated) with about 35 head, and room to grow.

I had a lot of show experience some years ago, but have been totally away from horses for about 20 years. However, I've wanted to get involved again in some way - and this barn has a great reputation.

I have NO CLUE how much equine care/management jobs pay. This isn't being done for the all-mighty buck; but, I do want to be fairly compensated.

Anyone have an idea of a range for hourly wage or salary (and this may have part-time possibilities too)?? Thanks!
