In 2 weeks I will be allowed to start riding again after 6 months do to a shoulder injury. How is the best way to get fit for the saddle with out being in the saddle? I have ridden for years and this is all new to me. I know the best fitness for riding is spending as much time in the saddle as possible. But there has to be something I can start on the ground. Does anybody have some suggestions?
