I'm sorry I missed this post. Argosy is alive and well here in Va.
Though he was/is still breeding (mostly re-breeds or word-of-mouth) I did not advertise him the last few years as I had my hands full caregiving my Mom with dementia at home -- and was concerned about juggling a heavy breeding schedule with her demands.
She's living off site now, and will likely advertise him in February. But I've cut back on the big fancy ads because they have become cost prohibitive for the return on the dollar invested.
The farm email address is littlebullrun@aol.com. Phone is 703-754-7837
Thanks for asking.

I've always really admired Argosy, as well as his owner, sid.
A beautiful horse!

I agree, Fred. I absolutely LOVE Argosy, as Susan well knows <smile>. And, I absolutely LOVE Susan too. Both are a class act...

Now...if I can only get my website updated. Next on the agenda!;)
Sometimes family must come first over one's own business endeavors... caregiving changes everything. ..albeit temporarily.
I have tons of really neat offspring photos to get on the site..quite a few performing well with a really nice jump!
Arrggg...hope the last few years not promoting him in ads won't hurt too bad.;)
Thanks for the nice words, you two!

I'm looking forward to an Argosy baby of my own. I swear after I graduate this college nonsense ;) I'm already looking at ANOTHER teenage mare to flip from broodmare to re-rider and this one I might just keep, it's kind of sad when you sell really really nice mares to good homes than wish you could've kept them all!
Susan, if you need help with some new promotional stuff I'm willing to take a road trip during spring break and finally meet personally and see Ace as well!

Thanks, Jess. "Ace" almost grown up! He's a kick in the pants. Quite the personality. Can't wait for you to meet him.
