I'm a volunteer with the Finger Lakes Trainers' Listings and we have a fire sale going on now!
For those of you who are considering adding stock to your broodmare band, there are some who are solid citizens with good racing record and respectable earnings. Check out Another Sweetie, Me Me Anna and others. Both of those mares are free to good homes. Check out the listings: http://fltrainerlist.proboards.com/index.cgi?
If you have any specific questions, please e-mail me: foundationmare@yahoo.com. There are still quality horses available here. We have a very good record of placing high-quality horses all over the country.
Step up, one and all!

I'm starting on the second page and working my way through the pedigrees forward. I'm using Equineline, and some of the names don't compute. I've found 4 or 5 so far that don't match. Also, one of the old guys is 21, not 18. Birthday Girl is actually Birthday Gal, and Casino Bobby is Casino Bobbie. Those are two more to add the others that didn't match
So far, I've found four lovely mares and I'm not off the second page yet. Take a look at Britt's Tiger, Outskip, Leslee Bee, and Sweep The Slate. The last has the best bone for a TB that I've seen in years.
I also like Me Me Anna a lot. She's older, but has a great pedigree, many, many starts, won a good bit of money, and to my eye has good conformation. Take a look at Spec House as well. Lovely dark bay with some chrome, and a lovely pedigree. Gerarda Moon is worth a look, although she does lack bone to my eye, as is Repetition.

I've found two on the first page so far that don't match something in Equineline.
One is Lagioa DiTutti, and the other is the colt, Devil's Own. For breeding, it's essential to know the pedigree.
Quick Bullet is also not on Equineline under that name.

In Spec House's pedigree, the granddam with Ice Capade and First Landing in the 2nd generation is very similarly bred to a popular TB sire for riding horses in the Richmond area, Harbor Man. I have a TB daughter of his who moves very well and has been trained to 2nd level dressage.

I've emailed the owners of "Devil's Own" about his name. I also noticed he didn't match the Pedigree Query.... No word yet.

I got an email last night from the trainer. Devil's Own is placed.
And, by the way, his correct name is Devil Zone. Not hard to see why that one was misunderstood.

Hillbilly Deluxe should arrive at my barn in MD tomorrow. Wasn't planning to do anything like this, but I need a back-up hunter and love the Honour and Glory I had a few years ago! I managed to keep myself away from the Fasig Tipton sale Monday, but maybe I was destined for another horse?
Can't say enough nice things about Margie and the work she is doing on behalf of these horses. Of course I surely will be cussing her if I end up with 3 of them!!!!!

I just posted two 3 yo fillies up on CANTER - they are well bred but small, about 15 hands. They are both FREE to good, NON RACING homes and would be very nice for breeding sport ponies or welsh crosses. They are both very well bred and could be used for breeding racehorses as well. If anyone wants pics of Leslie's Dolly I am more than happy to get some in the morning when I am at the track, just need a day's notice. Trainer Harry P says they are both almost identical, about 15 hands and dark bay. And very cute!
