Hey there everyone.... I am needing to get a pair of boots. Her is what I am needing....

Something waterproof (or at least puddle proof)
Warm - Oregon warm not Himalayas warm
Not very expensive - no more than $130
something that I can ride in - English

Now my issue is that my foot is a 7.5 so I am realizing that I am going to have to get a size 8. my calf is a 16... so I don't know what to get with that... The middleburg is my #1 choice but the calf is a 15 in the size 8... will they stretch out at all being that they are leather... Can I get them stretched?? I don't mind if they are snug. Also, I have been loosing weight (slowly) after having a kid so I know they will get thinner but I need boots now.
My other issue is that I have petite length legs... about 16.5 for a height measurement and the middleburg seems to be not as tall as some of the other brands.
I have looked into the Bogs Ladies riding boots and they seem to fit my critieria but I don't know if they will be a pain to get in and out of a stirrup??

Any input would be great. Thank you.

Sarah:)
