Rising Star, may I ask - is Valentino Z new to your farm? I was admiring him on your website the other day. He is gorgeous and has really interesting bloodlines.

YL, Valentino Z arrived on my birthday of this year (in March). Quite a nice present ;)

After jumping in Europe with Judy Ann Melchior, he was purchased for a junior and competed at Levels 7 and 8. An injury ended that phase of his career and he is currently my Adult horse.

We're expecting about 10 foals this year and I am excited to see what he puts on the ground.

He looks VERY exciting. I will definitely look forward to seeing photos of his foals.

Rising Star just a heads up - I tried to visit your website - got to the front page and saw your lovely stallions! But when I tried to click onwards thru the website I got "This application requires an earlier version of Java" which popped up about 25 of those warning boxes that simply refused to go away until I fired up the task manager and hit "end process." It did the same thing to me in Google chrome and Firefox. Just letting you know - maybe it's my computer?

Does that horse have any limits? Seriously - no matter the height of the fence, he always looks like he is not even being challenged!

I'm hoping my girl inherited the jumping style, she sure can move - but she hasn't shown the desire for jumping yet, I was watching her gallop around the field the other day with my Irish filly, and the Irish filly (as usual) jumped over every XC jump along the way - Jenibelle ran right up to one and I thought she was going to give it a shot, but she did a last minute slam on the brakes and veered around it. Her movement just amazes me though - lighter then a feather http://s264.photobucket.com/albums/ii170/okgottago/Horses/Jenibelle/?action=view&current=Nov292009070.jpg even in a fugly spurt, not too shabby :)

Holy MOLEY!

What is that jump set at? 1.40m??

He is like all La Di Da!

Okkgo--I know what you mean about floating. My Cielo Filly has air under her hooves all the time!

okoggo, my Cielo filly used to do that too. I have had lots of young ones that jump around when turned out in the arena. This filly zipped around. I put her on the line and she showed my what she really thinks about them. She was more than happy to trot a 3'6" oxer in near perfect form the first time.

She is a rock star under saddle and I am so looking forward to getting her in the show ring next year.

this is Reg posting under Kathy's name. I am visiting in Okllahoma. Just a note as it was mentioned... the tape measurements are top tape...1.50 second down 1.40 since the pole is sitting at 1.40 it is actually 1.45 height as the width of pole is above. There ... my two cents... ciao!!!!
