Fabulous place.... I went there a few years ago when I had a great holiday nearby.

Someday Farm: http://www.somedayfarmllc.com/.

The trainer there helped one of her clients purchase a young hunter prospect by my stallion, Gatsby, from another h/j trainer here in the Portland area, and from what I've seen and heard, it's been a great experience for all involved, including the horse!

I can second Foxdale Farm. I have ridden with Catherine Cruger (Some Day Farm) when she was with Laurie Jueneman at Snowfield Farm in Colorado. She is an excellent teacher.

There are a few in Bend. Are you looking for hunters/jumpers or dressage? You could check out flyingchanges.com for a directory of stables/trainers in Oregon, which includes some in Bend.

There's FutureStreetFarm.com (Amy Fisher Braun). Website for Somedayfarmllc.com should help on previous poster's recommendations.

I know there are some others: Nicole Cobb at Mountain View Farm comes to mind...hmm... maybe some Bend folks will chime in.

thanks for the responses so far.
My friend is looking for a barn with possible lesson horses, possibly something for lease, possibly light showing at 3ft or so.
