It's a new brand to me, but a couple of my friends are raving about it for their dogs. I'll admit that I don't know as much as I should about dog food, so maybe I'm missing something here. Now, horse feed is a different thing.

It would be for two spaniels, and two terriers. All of them are very active/are outside most of the day.

Thanks!

Personally, I'd try and find something that was maize free. Maybe it's just because in America, cheap dog food is filled with maize in different forms. Dogs frequently have gas problems when digesting maize. Otherwise, it looks to be a perfectly decent food--maybe not super premium, but certainly better than most dog foods. JMHO

Not sure about dog food prices in the UK, but for here, it would be outrageously overpriced for something with ground maize and rice as the 3rd and 4th ingredients.

Agree with Vineyridge...it's okay, but nothing to write home about. I know youre in England, but go to www.petfooddirect.com and look at the ingredients in foods like Orijen, Evo, Taste of The Wild, Nature's Variety..those are good examples to look at as far as premium food.
