equine sacroiliac problems

Has anybody had success in curing equine SI problems?

I'm not sure you can ever say a sacroiliac problem is cured from what my vet said but my horse had a serious sacroiliac problem about a year ago and is sound now. I would imagine it depends somewhat on what type of work the horse does.

Anyway he had a couple of chiropractic sessions and three acupuncture sessions. I also stretch his hind legs forward and back before riding. He does not do any jumping.
