Has anyone tried any of the new Blue Seal Sentinel feeds? I saw the feeds at equine affaire, and got some information on them. Seemed interesting, but wanted to hear personal experiences and opinions first.

I'm wondering about experiences as well. I'm especially curious about the %NSC in the different formulas. Is this just a marketing ploy following in Purina's footsteps with the Omolene 100-600? I'd love to hear if there are improvements and how people are liking the Sentinel feeds.

I've been feeding their Performance LS for some time now and I absolutely love it. After talking to the reps about the new Sentinel I feel that they made a great feed even better so I'm not worried about the transition at all. My feed store won't have the Sentinel in stock until next week. (small dealer)

I can't really recall, the LS was either 17 or 23% NSC.

I feel the same way, and in the same boat, the Sentinel Senior was supposed to be delivered this week, but the company found that the new bags (recycleable by the way) were too slippery and large for the standard pallets and they were having trouble keeping them on the pallets for shipping.

I think it is a change for the better for a good quality feed.
