Hound/Great Dane? Cross Need Home Orlando,FL STILL NEEDS ONE UPDATED in new post!!

Slinky is an awesome dog, but my BO says he has to go.:( He is great around horses and is really learning to be good off the leash. The property is near a big road and not fenced in for dogs, so we have been keeping him tied up when we are not around to keep him from getting hurt. He is a really cool and loving dog. Gets along with everyone. He is a rescue and still gaining weight but looking better and healthier every day. He wondered up onto the farm is how I found him. No former owner has been found but I have looked for them and posted flyers.

He is around 1 yr old, intact male.

If your BO or someone there, would neuter him, and maybe invest a little in an invisible fence and train him for it, he probably wouldn't wander. Neutering would definitely help.

Slinky is still here. We have not found a home for him, but in the mean time he has been neutered and now wanders around the barn completely off the leash and stays on the property. Very sweet dog! He would make an awesome family dog or I think he could go the barn dog route as well. The BO have been understanding that its takes awhile to find him a good home. So its not urgent like I thought before. He is really well behaved and just a big puppy. He is healthy, and up to date on all vaccinations, and got neutered around 2 weeks ago. :yes:

Very well mannered, no agression at all.

He loves the lesson kids and gets along with them great! He loves all people!:yes:

I am glad to see him back to health and ready to go to a loving home.:D
