USEF Dressage discipline fees

I renewed, and normally there's that 10 buck discipline fee. I declared my discipline (Dressage). Paid with ye olde visa and merrily went about my way.

But it still kinda irks me.

It's not there, and I'm curious if anyone knows what happened to it? Or if they finally got rid of it?

pretty much appears they got rid of all the discipline fees

They got rid of all the discipline fees last year. You didn't pay it for 2009 either.
