Hi,

Also inform me the monthly maintenence of the beast. If you can also tell me the income with a racing horse then that is going to be simply too good

Well, I don't think too many of us have knowledge of what a well-bred racehorse would cost in India, but here in the United States the prices are dependent on many things:

1. How old is the horse?
2. Has the horse run and won?
3. At what level of racing is the horse competing?
4. Colt, filly, or gelding?

As far as "income" - that is totally dependent on what level of racing you are looking at. There are a few horses that can win over a million dollars, but that is before you deduct trainer fees, jockey fees, etc.

These days, if your horse can "pay its way" - in other words, win enough to cover the training/vet/entry fees, then you're doing okay!

Q: How do you make a million with race horses?

A: Start with five million.
