I may be doing a bit of Christmas shopping with Equusnow as they seem to have several of the items that I am looking for and I prefer to consolidate my ordering as much as possible. And free shipping never hurts either....:) However, I have not ordered from them before and before I spend a moderate amount of money with them i thought I would ask for everyone elses experiences with them. Good or bad, please advise. Thanks!!

I have purchased from them off of ebay and have always been impressed with the speed and accuracy of their service. Even on real bargains. So I give them a big thumbs up.

I've had one good experience with them and one neutral experience.

Good experience: had to do with the color of a pair of britches I had ordered; they called to verify that the color I selected was indeed the color I wanted, as it wasn't well represented in the picture online. Britches arrived promptly and were a brighter color than I had expected, but they did warn me! ;)

Neutral experience: Ordered a Rhino Wug Lite on clearance in mid-October, mare wore it ~5 times before loop holding surcingle buckle on came unstitched (manufacturing defect). I e-mailed Thursday, called Friday, was told to wait till e-mail response was sent. I needed that sheet fixed ASAP, since mare had outgrown her Weatherbeeta. I called Horseware directly on the following Tuesday and sent the sheet back through my local tack shop. Got a response from EquusNow Thursday (a week after first e-mail) with instructions for what to do w/ sheet. I don't think a week is that long to wait, all things considered, but I did need to get that sheet fixed, and I didn't know how long it'd take to get a response, send the sheet to them, have it sent to Horseware, get it fixed, have it sent back to them, then to me, etc. I didn't want to wait a month or more to get that sheet back.

I'd order from them again though, if they had a good price on something I needed. I don't think I've ever heard of anyone who had a really horrid experience with them.

I've ordered online from them (horse blankets/show jacket/boots/pants) and shopped in the store (when I had family living near by) and I've had nothing but positive experiences, whether remotely or in person.

No problems with exchanges or returns either and their shipping (even if not enough for free) always seems more reasonable than other places.

I love EquusNow and I dearly wish my sister and her family would move back there so I can go in person again (so does she so I'm not a bad person for wishing that!)

They have what most tack shops sorely lack in these days- customer service! They are the best as far as I am concerned.....

Is this Rose in Ohio? If so, it's one of the easiest online tack shops to work with and always has been eager to help.

I had an okay experience with them after I got hold of them. I ordered some boots based on an upcoming storm. Then I heard nothing- no confirmation etc. So I was trying to figure out if they actually got the order. It took a few days to get hold of someone and then I was told they were closed for a few days. So - I got the boots in the end but it was later than I wanted them and I spent 3 days trying to figure out if I had actually ordered them or needed to order them from somewhere else.

I would order from them again- once I got hold of them they were very helpful- but I would not order if I was in a hurry. I did get a great price on the boots though!
