My new broodie-mama horse guest

Meet Heather, my farrier's broodmare whom I'm looking after for the winter and will be foaling out in the spring. She's beee-yootiful. :) Trakehner in foal to Dutch Harness Horse.

He's very fun! And that's without having jumped him yet, even! ;) This mare is really, really nice, unfortunately not sound due to a pasture accident. :( I'm psyched to have another foal on the way, even if it's not mine. :D

Awww--how fun to have a baby on the way! The mare sure is puuurrty. I am starting to be rather fond of traks myself:D . Nice way to fill that empty stall.
