Has anyone every been to a Jimmy Herring clinic or have any feed back on his training? He is offering a clinic nearby and I am debating on whether or not to sign up...

Absolutely!!!!!! THE BEST!! A true horseman who can do it all: manage a beautiful barn, ride, train, different disciplines, fabulous.

And, one of the funniest human beings on the planet!

No, he is no longer with Michael. He manages a gorgeous private barn in NJ, near Gladstone.

I was a work/study student of Michael Matz way back with he was at the Dixon's Erdenheim Farm. Jimmy was there then. He was a great teacher to a very green high school girl. I still refer to many things I learned in those days. When and where is the clinic? if I can i wouls love to go too.

Thanks for all the responses, I will send in my check for the clinic tomorrow! The clinic is at C-line Stables in Townsend, Delaware, December 12th &13th.

Give us a report back after you go. What types of levels and what level are you doing?

There are three sections being offered, <2'6", 2'6" and 3'. I am signed up for the 3' section. Without having an indoor at the farm where I board I am just hoping the weather cooperates so I can get some good riding time in before the clinic!

How was the clinic? I would love to know if I should keep an eye out for this clinician again.
