9 month old Coon Hound Black & Tan

Must be an X marked on my fence (the way the "hobos" marked doors during the depression). Just had another animal turn up. Beautiful, male (intact) coon hound. Healthy, friendly, well behaved. Great with horses...keeps his distance. We already have three dogs, a bunch of cats and five horses. It's either the husband goes or this new guy goes.

Very cute. I can send you pictures. Someone adopt him please. Our shelter in Richmond is a kill shelter and I just don't have the heart to send him there.

You might try contacting the Black and Tan coonhound rescue the woman who runs it lives in Ohio and might be able to place him. They do make great pets, and who can resist those ears.
