Does anyone know of any pony trainers (or even regular experienced trainers) who might be willing to take on a working student for a few months starting in 2010? I have been looking for a working student position on yardandgroom.com and have been asking around with little luck.
I plan on doing a lot with ponies in my future which would explain why I'm asking for pony trainers but any working student position with an experienced horse person would work as well. I would love to have the opportunity to learn from a knowledgeable trainer other then my own.
I live in the Chicago area but I wouldn't mind going to Florida (I would love to get a feel for the winter circuit!) or anywhere else!
