it is a VERY good short clip examining in basic terms what is so wrong with todays dressage.

yes, you do have to pay to see it... but in the US it is 12 (for a month) and to me the video (and others on their site) is worth the fee.

siegi - there have been many people asking about what is so different, what is the "problem" with modern dressage etc etc...

i thought his video was a really good short piece that explains it perfectly.
i would post it no matter whose site it is on.

my personal feeling about EponaTV have nothing to do with it. (ie i try to keep an open mind)

There's nothing at all wrong with linking to sites that require a subscription if you're recommending the content. It's not "soliciting business," it's the way the internet works. Some sites have ads, some have subscriptions. *shrug*

The Heuschmann video about the biomechanics of the walk "Stay in Step-The Rhythm of the Walk" (http://epona.tv/uk/dressage/movie/webtv/stay-in-step-the-rhythm-of-the-walk/?user_epona_pi1[backPid]=384&cHash=794141ad15) is also available in the subscription area. I personally thought the information was well worth the subscription. It's the clearest explanation of walk mechanics I've seen or read. I haven't seen this particular video available elsewhere, and it's not the same as his DVD.
