Dr. Ritter just posted his Friday blog and it's a super instructional blog/video demo on turn on the forehand.

Interesting video. The problem I find with it, is that it does not appear that the rider is alternating his stirrup weighting aids which is necessary for the horse to maintain the turn. It appears that the inside stirrup is kept constantly weighted, which is necessary for the horse to begin the turn by stepping across. But, then the weight needs to shift to the outside stirrup, just not as great a weighting as on the inside, so the horse can follow through. In other words, step heavy on the inside creates the horse stepping across; step on the outside though not as heavy, and the horse follows through. Using a green horse for demonstration is always difficult, so perhaps that is what is making it appear that the rider is always keeping his weighting on the inside.

I loved it, very clear. I appreciated that they showed the movement done correctly and incorrectly. The rider explained everything systematically and the horse seemed happy. Am I missing something?
