Penny was rescued mid summer with a 6 wk old foal by her side. Most likely she has not had much human contact. Foal was sickly but we nursed her back to health and is now weaned from the mom. She is around 11.3 hands and 9 yrs old. She is a very sweet mare that just doesn't know much. I am willing to free lease her out to someone that would like to try to train her. I have been told that 'wild' ponies are easy to train as opposed to abused ones. I just don't have any small riders here capable of helping me train her. If someone wanted her that is an option too. We will obviously be very cautious that she goes to a good home. Foal possibly adoptable as well. She is 6 months now and a lovebug! Penny is UTD on shots. Feet are not bad but haven't been done yet. Just too many horses here on the farm and I just have to tell myself at least I saved her from the kill pen. She is healthy, happy and now needs a job. Serious inquiries only please. Very fancy pony with amazing floating trot.
