Can anyone recommend a good, reliable farrier with reasonable rates near Warrenton, VA? Feel free to PM me if you prefer. Thanks.

You'll need to define "reasonable".
It seems that rates in this area (Northern VA) are usually 140-300 for shoes around. Depending on who you use.
Trims, 40-60.
Fronts only 90-150.
Also, are you looking for a certain type of shoeing?
www.horseshoes.com (http://www.horseshoes.com) has a forum where a lot of farriers post.

My last farrier was $25 a trim, and $115 for shoes all around. I realize finding prices that low with someone else is going to be hard. I'm definitely open to using a talented newcomer who is trying to grow their client base.

My farrier, who lives near Warrenton, is $200 for shoes all around and $40 for a trim. The newcomer farrier near us is $180 for shoes.
You are unlikely to find someone good for the price you are willing to pay. Perhaps it is time for you to take a farrier class, so you can shoe them yourself. If you become proficient, you can save a lot of money.
