saddle fitter recommendations

Can anyone recommend a competent/honest/trustworthy saddle fitter that services the KY/TN/GA areas? I would prefer someone that's not affiliated with any saddle brand (would like to avoid conflict of interest situations).

Also, are most saddle fitters comfortable with reflocking saddless? Does having the title from "Master Saddles Association" designated certified saddle fitters mean anything?

Not sure if she travels to the KY/TN area, but I am south of Atlanta and she makes trips here. She is very good!
