Good pony trainers and/or breeders in Zone 3?

Looking for recommendations on good pony trainers and/or breeders who usually have a decent selection. My usual search places aren't cutting it this time around so I thought I'd try a new method. Any suggestions? Looking for a Large $15K or less range if that helps. Websites would be loverly. Thanks! :D

dianne randolph 864-838-0865 she is JUST outside of zone 3. about 30 miles from Charlotte NC in rockhill SC. has several larges, all quality ponies.
