Please explain the 'wrap around' tail braid?

How do you do the wrap around tail braid? I know how to braid the tail, but am unsure of what to do with the end of it! If you could give me instructions, it would be much appreciated! Thanks :)

Wrap around is toward the bottom.

I can't find a good pic of the finished product, but you can probably find something on here if you do a search. There may be better directions, too.
