Caught this New York Times article this morning, then later at the barn someone told me people were buying Fla. condos last week for $25,000. Hmmm, which will cost more - a condo or a horse??

Great article and from my limited expereince very close to RIGHT on. have fun horse shopping, or condo shopping, my in laws just sold their FL home and purchased a condo there and a small home here for CASH with the money their house sold for ( and it sold below what the paid for it). Now they can be snowbirds and spend more time with their grand kids!
