Does anyone know the name of the song (and the artist) at the beginning of "Jockeys"?

Oh come now I was expecting some disco from Frenchman Patrick Hernandez (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BVgM7qeAlko) :D Yea, I never would've thought the guy was from Le Blanc France - maybe Brooklyn - but go figure. I swear I think I have that song etched in my mind from a CHiPs episode eons ago ....

Nothing like making millions off a song with I think all of perhaps 12 words.

Yeah, I wanted to download that song after watching the 1st Jockey's episode, but kanye west makes me gag:dead: Then I heard the Daft Punk version (actually didn't ck. to see which was 1st) and downloaded it :D
