CANTER NE is happy to announce that we are bringing back the hugely successful Suffolk Showcase for its fourth year THIS Sunday, October 25, 2009 from 9am-12pm at Suffolk Downs racetrack.
If you are looking for a new horse, or just curious about owning an OTTB, this is the event for you! At Showcase, CANTER NE works with trainers to present horses to a large group of interested people at one time. CANTER volunteers will be available to escort anyone interested in purchasing one of the horses directly to the trainer for further consultation.
This year's Showcase is shaping up to be a good one, with over 70 horses to be shown and over 100 horses listed for consideration overall. We hope that you can come out and support the retiring Thoroughbreds of Suffolk Downs! Bring a trailer; your favorite may be shipping out to another track as the end of the Suffolk Downs racing season approaches in two weeks. You don't need to be shopping to attend; come see if an ex-racehorse is right for you!
