I have my horses tattoo # - how do I find his registered name?

I found that my new boy has a tattoo - I did some research and found out that he was born in 2002, which would put him at 7 (correct?) :)

But I could not find out how to find more info about him. Any help? If it helps, I am from Canada and I'm pretty sure the horse was Canadian born.
