I've begun to wonder how many trainers/breeders/brokers with the NQR horse do not have the vet out just so they don't have to disclose a problem when the horse is sold.
Related to this I'm amazed at how many people will buy an OTTB with no health history or adopt a horse from a rescue, again with no history other than what the rescue knows and be happy, but turn down horses who are now perfectly fine but have a vet history that discloses the horse had a problem in the past.
