This is a clip from a Norweigan TV show, the challenge is pony riding. Fast forward to ~2.00 min, self explanantory from that point on.

I admit to laughing altohugh I feel very bad for the guys pony, it took a real beating

hilariously I still see more horse abuse at local shows with all the bouncing , cranking and pulling than in a few min of fun in these videos.

Wow FalseImpression. Poor horse. He was such a saint. The only reason I could watch it the whole way through was knowing that the guy was hurting too with all the crotch busters he was doing on landing.

Apparently the only thing this guy learned from lessons was how to pick up a lost stirrup without slowing down or looking down. Gotta admit he has got that down to a science. Saddle need a horn on it for him. He slam into that baby just once and be off to the ER.

They played the wrong music. It should have been Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker!

Shocking that he ends up with both legs on either side of horse after each fence.

And why in the hell does he hit the horse? Perhaps, he should whack himself.

Did anybody else notice that the only jump he didn't get completely loose over was the one he did without stirrups.

I want to think that this is somehow fake but I can't figure out how and why?

I hope he *doesn't.*

I'm guessing that it was supposed to be funny, but it really wasn't.

Actually, it was no real contest. The ladies were riding a Fjord, albeit one with a star and a long mane, but a Fjord nonetheless. As a breed, Fjords are pretty tolerant and easy going. I'd say the ladies had a real advantage.

That polka dotted pony is the cutest thing ever. I felt bad for him though. Those guys showed a special kind of incompetence, even for beginners.
