I have a young (4) Oldenburg gelding with about 30 rides. I would like to send him to a trainer for 30 days, however, I'm graduating from college at the end of the month and my budget is pretty much non-existent. I know a lot of the big players in the area, but I'm looking for someone up and coming, without the big name and the big expenses. It would be even better if I could find a trainer willing to work with me to work off or trade some expenses. I know this is probably a long shot but I thought it would be worth asking. I pay 185 right now, a month, for pasture board, yes in so cal... So i would need to find someone at a barn with reasonable (aka cheap) board, or someone willing to come to me. Currently in Ventura, would consider SB, Moorpark, Somis, & surrounding.
