Anybody here use this feed? It sounds absolutely perfect for my needs but of course, too good to be true (not that I know if we can even get where I am).

I use it for my severely allergic horse and it has been fantastic! He is doing great and loves it and I am very impressed with the quality of the feed (we won't discuss the price but for him it's so worth it). I am lucky that I am in VA and there is a dealer close to me in MD.
If there isn't one near you, maybe you could find someone local interested in carrying it? The one I use is a small independent feed dealer that specializes in "high end" feeds.

It wouldn't be hard to make..oats, peas, flaxseed mixed with a supplement to balance you forage:)

I thought about that. Wonder where I could find 50lb bags of dried peas?

I always cringe when I see "organic". I'm under the impression that in the U.S. (maybe not in Canada) there is no legal definition of organic. In my area it means "more expensive" but not necessarily better than the local grown produce.

I don't really care if it's organic or not. I DO care if there is soy in it. I'm the same way, organic= more expensive. Wonder if there's a product exactly the same, but not organic out there? I can deal with that.

skips the peas. Too much starch. Nutritionists consider peas BREAD.
Alfalfa pellets would be better.

What kind of peas are that high?
We used to feed clay peas to our goats and they ran around fifty a bag.

I love it and have seen all kinds of changes in my customers horses.
I became a dealer for the feed because we could not get it up here.

Since Peas are so high lysine, now I think they are a great idea.
