Sadly put down after a bad bout of colic.
Damn.
He and his groom Ginny Wright were huge favourites with the fans, as can be seen in this post race video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wc3GjDfVzh8) from Cheltenham.
RIP old boy.

Sad news. He was only 10.

I was at Cheltenham for his third World Hurdle win -- he was a great staying hurdler and very much a fan favorite.

Oh no! I love that horse and enjoyed seeing how much Ginny adored him. RIP big horse.
