Has anyone attended a Balance Saddle Fitting Clinic? We are having one at our barn this weekend and I was thinking of attending.

Yes ! Carol and Leslie are super knowledgeable and even if you don't buy a saddle from them they will give you great advice on saddle fit, saddles, etc.
A clinic with them is well worth your time ! It's really fun to watch the horses that people bring in. The before and afters are remarkable. I have ridden in a Balance since 2003, a GPD 8x and love it. It fits my Arab ( with a different pad than their system ) and my TK beautifully.
If you go, would you please ask them if they like the new Wintec Pro Dressage ? They liked the old one and I've wondered about the new one for my QH that the Balance does not fit ( too wide ). I foolishly sold my old one long ago.I'd really appreciate it if you'd let me know.

Oh yes...very knowledgable gals. They've done their homework.
I've been to a couple of clinics, but they were quite a few years ago.
I was VERY tempted to buy one, but ended up going to Paramount, a small Canadian company who had studied Balance theory and were huge fans. They made me a saddle using Balance theory. Ten years later I still LOVE that saddle.
My main concern was that the Balance manufacturers/fitters were in Britain and if I needed help they were a long way off. It was a lot of money to spend with no 'service' available here.
I spent just as much on my Paramount and more again on my Schleese, but I know that I have fitters here in Ontario.
Perhaps Balance does have fitters here now, but back then they did not.
I have not heard anything about Balance at all in a few years. Wonder if they come to Ontario. Anyway...glad to hear they're still around.
