What are some of the best/most economical places to obtain insurance for riding instructors? I think I recall being told years ago that you can get discounted insurance if you are a USEF member- still true?

Rates can vary greatly depending on how much you teach, if you have your own lesson horses, etc, so shop around, and see which company can give you the lowest quote. FWIW, I use fry's equine for mine.

The Harbin Agency (http://www.theharbinagency.com/): $700 per year, includes loss of use on two lesson horses.
