Received a call today from young Jimmy letting me know his father James A. (Jimmy) Boylen had passed. While many of you may not know him, his sister Elaine niece Chandra and his daughter Cindy Firestone are familiar faces in hunter world. He was a true character whose phone calls always started "how the hell are ya? He would then launch into his latest adventure with Little Jimmy or share a new sometimes off colour joke. My heart and prayers go out to his extensive family and many friends.

Thank you for your thoughts about my uncle. He was definitely a character.
My mother is going to miss him dreadfully.

I think many in the racing community may have known Jimmy, and Lesley is involved in the hunt community in Canada, and Billie works in the dressage world.

Damn, gone too soon, he should have had more good years.

Thanks again everyone.
Nibs, Morgan was Cindy's stepfather. It is such a shame that she lost them both in such a short time period.
