What bell boots do you use? Has anyone tried the carbon shield bell boots that fit tight on the back of the heel? TIA.

I use no-turn Professional's Choice boots. They're black, funny shaped, comfy, and work quite well. I think they run a little small, though. My 15.3 Oldenburg takes an extra large, and she's really not a big girl. I don't know if I'd show in them, but for work at home, I really like them.

Yes, I'd be interested to know peoples' reviews of these Carbon Shield Bell boots. I was thinking of investing in a pair for horse shows.

The carbon shield are the only ones my mare can wear, she gets horrible fetlock rubs from any other kind of bell boots... and her incredible stride at the canter sometimes causes her to catch her heels so i have to do something about it! but they work really well on her, they can be a bit hard to get on and off tho.
