Wanted - used work harness and jog cart. Have one that's a mess?

I thought this might be worth a try. I'm looking for a used work harness and jog cart to use at home to keep my show horse legged up over the winter and also to teach/entertain the others with! The issue is that I'm still paying vet bills from the Pupster's near-death heart illness and have plenty of other bills, as do we all.

BUT - I'm creative and I'd be very willing to take a used harness or cart that someone else might have thrown out and try to rig it together...buy a couple new parts....something. I'm thinking of it as a challenge!
