So I've spent my whole day off looking on the CANTER websites in my area and I have come across loads of ponies I would love to have and then I saw this boy.

I really like the look of him and he's free... obviously has the issue of needing time off to recover from his bowed tendon, so... would you risk it? My first (and to date only) horse had an old bow, as well as a slew of other health issues, but he was completely fine for most of the four years I had him. He was another OTTB and we evented Novice level, did PC, hunter trials, dressage... he was great, but unfortunately had to be put to sleep a couple years ago. So, while I never had a problem with his old bow, I am a little wary of horses with major problems since my horse's death was devastating. I want a horse I can event on, but I don't think I would have the guts to ever do higher than Prelim, if that. Anyway, I'm also not in the best position to be buying a horse seeing as how I want to move across the country in 4 months so... tell me how stupid this would be! He just looks like such a sweetie...
