Simplifly has eliminated flies in my barn all summer...now I am wondering if I have to use this until it gets "really cold" on a regular basis, which is a short time here in S.C. or if I can start tapering off as it begins to cool down.

anyone with advice? It took 2-3 weeks to take effect so I'd hate to quit and then have to start all over...it's a bit pricey but has been soooo worth it.

I get mine from KV Vet.com by the way, great prices.

Thanks!

I stop after the 2nd or 3rd deep, hard frost and/or when I no longer see flies. Usually late November/early December. Start up again in March.

If you don't get sustained below-freezing temperatures, I'd use it year-round.

If it never gets below 32* where you are, I would keep them on it 12 months a year. Heck, I live in Massachusetts and I keep my dogs on heartworm preventative all year round.
