I have an 8 year old who would make a good fences prospect and would like to discuss sending him to them for free if they would like to take a shot with him.

Do you mean Hurdles or show jumping? I have a friend who is always in the market for project jumpers.....

Hurdles. Sorry, not my venacular. I would love to give him a shot and he could always return back if it doesn't work out. We've had 90 horses in our lifetime and never seen one with more athletic ability and endurance to go with it. He's just not fast enough to race on the flat.

I have some access to a fairly major owner, don't know what she might be interested in as I'm not involved with racing (either flat or fences) myself and only hear about the horses that don't work out rather than the ones she considers promising. But if you can PM me with more details on the horse I'd be happy to give it a try--

If he doesn't go to the Hurdles maybe show jumping would be an alternative...let me know...one of the greatest Open jumpers of all time was a flop on the track but won almonst one half million in the jumper ring 20 years ago!
Another horse that did okay on the flat as a racer is now doing 4 star eventing and went to the Olympics! So just keep it in mind okay?

Dick-

PM me the details of the horse if you still have him. I've got contacts with a bunch of trainers; work for one right now, but he doesn't have space in the barn for another project.
