Valerian?

Has anyone used Valerian as a calming agent on a tense, green horse out hunting?
What dosage would you give?

yes, I have used both the paste and the pellets, or both. Honestly, I gave the pony about a cup of the pellets along with a tube of the paste and it worked quite well. Good luck.

Yes....used it on my TB on the first couple of hunts this year...worked really well..
