TB gelding for lease in SE Michigan

I am looking to do a free lease in the south eastern Michigan area on my tb gelding. He is 15.3H, big girthed, dark bay, 8 years old. He is not a beginners horse, but he is not difficult to ride, just needs more miles before he will be a packer. I did a lot of dressage work with him last year, some XC jumps and over ditches. He has been sound, currently barefoot but would probably need atleast front shoes with more work. Will do a long or short term lease but he must stay in the area so I can check on him. I prefer him to be leased to a show home.
